Depends what it is. If it's obsolete, unlikely. What's the kit and what parts are needed?

You might be lucky as it's not that old. Email Revell and ask, nothing to lose. Otherwise, have a go at scratchbuilding one, depending on the shape, some Evergreen tube might be adaptable? Can you scan and post the instruction diagram showing the parts?

You might just be in luck if Revell keeps the same practise on spares as Airfix, on the James May prog he was shown into a warehouse with racks of old kits that they kept specifically for poeple that wanted broken, lost or missing parts replaced and a lot of the kits were long out of production, they supplied them free too, so worth a try. Nos.
