hi every 1 i have just finnished building my kenwerth. thought i would post it so u could all comment on it if u would like good or bad all is welcome as this is my first post on here. i have been looking at some of your work and its all good stuff hope u like wot u see even tho its not up to your spec thanks for looking.

very nice mate and welcome to the forum!, only thing i would suggest is handling the chrome tank with your fingers, ive never tried building one of these tanks but some have on here and have no doubt will past on tips on how to assemble it without leaving fingerprints on it, seems to be a common problem.

thanks tips are allways good even tho the tanker was 2nd hand when i bought it and allready been handeled a tip to clean it up would be good to

Use a damp cloth and rub it down carefully (much like you would clean spectacle lenses). For handling it -- I bought a bag of 50 latex gloves (cost me around GBP2) that I put on when I'm handling stuff that's sensitive to fingerprints.

thanks for the tips i will try damp cloth to clean it up but as for the gloves my hands are to big for them when i have used them in the past for other stuff they just split in mins. hence my user name b19ste (bigste)i am 6f 6in tall with hand like dinner plates lol

yours dose look clean nice work i will try damp cloth and then take a few pics out side and post some up when done

you can get the gloves in big size to fit hands like shovels lol
